Gameserver updated
The gameserver has been updated with the following changes. Please refer to general mail about the Elysian Field (EF) draft.
- EF has no barriers on others.
- EF has no deities.
- EF has no race extinction or mutiny on retals.
- EF has no 5-mil limit for retals.
- EF is a draft universe.
- EF has market.
- EF has 1 kingdom per user.
- EF allows trades every 50 turns after 300.
- EF starts with 100 turns.
- Captains can be assigned by Overlords after they are created.
- EF players get 4 turns an hour.
- Gnome GP uses new formula. .6*pop*MS^.35 total mana.
- Vamps and Wolves get W/A study mod of 2 instead of 4.
- Vamps get immunity from wins at rate of 100% per 15 wins instead of 10. Can still be removed by Bless.
- Wolves get immunity from wins at rate of 100% per 25 wins, but can't be removed by Bless.
- Scholars/Laborers no longer affect W/A score.
- GP on self below 300 turns gives no bumper harvests.
- There is now a minimum of 50 land taken in military breaks, if the target has at least 150 land.
- Kol fixed a bug with W/A usuage mod.
- Kol changed Enchant to be less abusable.
- Create Weapons and Create Armor are weaker (by Kol)

Mininum Land Taken
So if someone has 151 land and get hit once and broken, they now have 101 land?
4 turns per hr is good for me:)

So silver weapons no harm wolves? Not even blessed ones?
