Gameserver patch

The gameserver has been updated with the most recent code. Changes:

• There are now three working css-files: stein.css, stein2.css and dawn.css. Stein2.css is the default for now. I suggest to change and try it under layout options. All css files that do not work have been removed from the layout options page. Since all css-files have been changed slightly, you should refresh your browser cache by pressing Control - F5.
  
• The Warfare screen shows a military advisor
• An advisor image bug has been fixed
• The kingdom selection screen has been changed.
• The hotel shadowmere page has been changed.
• Balrogs no longer stay when a kingdom is deleted or a universe is reset.
